Electric locomotive class 103 of the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB). Version with “short” engineer’s cab, 1-leg pantographs, front plates and buffer boxes. Crimson/beige paint scheme. Locomotive number 103 152-5. Model in the 1979 version onwards.

Model: With digital mfx+ decoder and extensive sound functions. Centrally mounted controlled high-power drive with a flywheel. Two axles in each bogie are driven by means of a cardan shaft. Non-slip tires. The triple headlights and dual red marker lights change over with the direction of travel. The headlights will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The headlights on locomotive sides 2 and 1 can be controlled digitally, independently of each other. Dual A-light function. Driver’s cab lighting, LEDs that change over with the direction of travel, and engine room lighting can be controlled digitally. Lighting with warm-white and red light-emitting diodes (LED). Wheel covers with many separately applied details according to the large prototype. Separately mounted hand rails, windshield wipers, UIC sockets and roof lines. Buffer height according to NEM. Brake hoses, plug sockets, steps, screw couplers and closed front plates are included as separately assembled parts. Length across the buffers 22.4 cm.
