Prototype: German Railroad, Inc. (DB AG) class 648.2 (LINT 41) diesel-powered commuter rail car. Traffic red basic paint scheme. Version with low entries. Used in the service area of Koblenz, Germany. Display of the train destination “RE25 Gießen” included. Diesel powered commuter car car car car numbers 648 206-0 and 648 706-9. As used around 2016.

Model: The train has a digital decoder and extensive sound functions. It also has controlled high-efficiency propulsion with a flywheel, which is located in the Jakobs truck. 2 axles powered. Traction tires. Triple headlights and dual red marker lights that change over with the direction of travel, in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The headlights at motor car ends 2 and 1 can be turned off separately digitally. The train is factory-equipped with interior lighting. Maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs are used for the headlights, marker lights and interior lighting. As in the prototype, yellow LEDs are used for displaying train destinations. Headlights, train destination displays, interior lighting and dual red marker lights conventionally in operation and digitally switchable. The frame and body have detailed construction. There is an open view through the coaches, a closed diaphragm and a guide mechanism on the Jakobs truck between the train halves. The ends of the train have a representation of the center buffer couplers.
